Terms of Service

By downloading or using MeetAlarm (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated by reference.

MeetAlarm reads your calendar to schedule system alarms for your meetings and helps you join or navigate to them. MeetAlarm is a reminder tool. It depends on iOS system features (including AlarmKit, EventKit, and Apple Maps) and on the accuracy and availability of your calendar data, your device, and network conditions. We do not guarantee that every alarm will fire under all device states, and you remain responsible for attending your meetings.

MeetAlarm Pro is available via auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) and/or a one-time purchase, sold through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Prices vary by region and are shown in the App.

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that alarms will fire in every circumstance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any missed meetings, lost time, or lost opportunities arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
