Privacy Policy

Overview
MeetAlarm is designed to be private by default. The app reads your calendar on your device to schedule alarms for your meetings. It has no server, no account system, no analytics and no tracking. Your meeting data is never uploaded to us, because we have nowhere to upload it to.
This policy explains what data MeetAlarm touches, why, and what leaves your device.
Data we access
Calendar data (read-only): With your permission, MeetAlarm reads your calendar events (via Apple’s EventKit) to detect meetings and schedule alarms. This stays on your device. We do not copy, store on a server, or transmit your calendar to ourselves or any third party.
Location (only while the app is open): If you use the “leave on time” / travel-time features, MeetAlarm uses your device location with Apple Maps to estimate travel time. Location is used only while the app is in use and is not stored or transmitted to us.
Purchase information: Subscriptions and the one-time purchase are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive your payment details.
Data we do NOT collect
We do not collect personal identifiers, advertising identifiers, usage analytics, crash analytics tied to your identity, or any tracking data. There is no account and no login.
Network usage
MeetAlarm’s network activity is limited to: (1) App Store purchases handled by Apple; (2) in-app map previews; and (3) travel-time estimation. Map and travel-time requests go to Apple Maps. MeetAlarm operates no servers of its own and sends your data to no third parties other than Apple’s services that make these features work.
Data storage and retention
Your calendar selection, alarm rules and diagnostic logs are stored only on your device. We retain nothing on a server. Deleting the app removes all of this data from your device.
Children
MeetAlarm is a general-audience productivity app and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date.
